  1. Who is Onda Coolwaves Body Sculpting designed for?

We don’t just treat cosmetic concerns.

Onda CoolWaves Body Sculpting is also designed for those who have unwanted fat that resists normal diet and exercise, for example; lipedema, excess skin after weight loss or childbirth and people with metabolic syndromes who need help losing body mass.

  1. Which areas of the body can be treated?

Arms
Abdomen/Belly

Thighs (anterior and back)

Submental (under the chin)

  1. Are there any aftercare tips I should of after getting Onda® treatment?

Avoid washing with hot water and direct sunlight after the treatment to help with the redness and sensitivity.

A lymphatic drainage massage is highly recommended.

For maintenance, lots of water, a healthy diet, and moderate physical activity is encouraged.

  1. Do I have to get treated regularly?

We recommend 4 sessions but for lasting results, more sessions may be scheduled and it should be further maintained with a healthy lifestyle.

The minimum interval between each session is 4 weeks for the treatment of localised fat, and 3-4 weeks for the treatment of cellulite and skin laxity.

  1. Can Onda® be used after pregnancy?

We recommend for both breastfeeding and non-breastfeeding mothers to wait until after their breastfeeding period at least two months after giving birth for their uterus to recover.

  1. Can Onda® be used for patients with diabetes?

It is possible, however diabetic patients need to undergo another layer of evaluation with their doctor so they can assess properly how the treatment can affect his/her body.

  1. Can Onda® be used on people with tattoos?

Tattooed skin (or areas with permanent makeup) is strongly advised not to treat with Onda.

Pigments used on the skin may have metallic components that can interact negatively with Coolwaves.
