The innovative method of using PDO for Thread-Lifting was later developed, due to a number of reasons.
PDO is associated with minimal complications and can be moulded into various designs, in order to treat different areas of the face.

HOW CAN IT BE USED TO LIFT THE BROW?
A Brow lift can be performed using PDO threads. It is another non-surgical, minimally invasive cosmetic procedure designed to provide a more youthful facial appearance without leaving scars and with minimal downtime. PDO threads are used to lift and correct asymmetry of the eyebrows. They help to remove wrinkles, brow lines, and correct saggy or drooping eyebrow.

There is no down time to this procedure, in fact patients can return to their daily activities right after their visit. Avoid applying make-up, touching your face and exercising for at least 48 hours after the treatment. If you had a brow lift using PDO threads, it is also recommended that you sleep on your back with your head facing up and elevated upwards for the first few weeks.
It is common to experience minor bruising, swelling, and soreness after a brow lift, which will normally resolve in a few days.

CAN WE ACHIEVE A BROW LIFT USING MONO THREADS?

For age related changes, a brow lift can be avoided by using monos to prevent the accumulation of saggy loose skin and keep the eye region healthy and rejuvenated. Mono thread brow tightening is similar to neurotoxin in discomfort however repeat treatments once the desired effect is achieved is 8-12 monthly, it may take 2-4 sessions to achieve the desired outcome especially in older patients.
